This practice planning workbook includes the 3 main segments which we believe contributes to a successful practice for players of all ages and levels.

First, a preparation segment including a practice checklist to define clear objectives, announcements so important messages can be given ahead of practice, training group list with positions, so practice content can fit around the players attending, and training timeline to effectively manage training content.

Second, the training segment with court templates and space for lists and work notes.

Finally, we sign off the practice workbook with opportunity for matchplay, where practice content can be put into a real match situation.
